They would make a nice series, these pictures - my monitor is particularly dark, but on it you seem to have captured something silvery that's really alluring. What peculiar fungi.
Oh. It's still beautiful, but deflated is right. The luminous weirdness all gone. On the upside, I guess the sliminess is also gone?
