I am now, as Martin put it, legal. Not that I was doing anything illegal before. I have just been on my first solo drive. It was quiet. Very very quiet. My own personal cone of silence.
Congratulations! Welcome to the world of passing your husband at the front door after one of those looonng days with the words "I'll be back later". That time alone in the car has absolutely saved me on more than one occasion.
Congratulations Penni. It's easier to escape when you have a car. :) Enjoy the freedom and the joy of jumping in and just going anywhere you damn well please. xxxx
Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteI failed the first time. It was very embarrassing.

ReplyDeleteWell I did the grocery shop on my own yesterday and apart from the fact that it took me several goes to park, I managed fine, even enjoyed it.
As Fred's joke tape says:
What would you do if you saw a Space Man?
Park in it, dude.
